WHAT OUR RENTALS INCLUDE:

1. Wifi and oculus phone – we pay the line, residents only pays for the calls.
2. All meals are included: breakfast, lunch and supper.
3. 5 free respite days at the Annex a year.
4. Linen gets done at the laundry.
5. Once a week cleaning.
6. Tea served @ 10:30am and @ 15:30pm.
7. Clinic every 2^nd Wednesday @ 10am.
8. Water & Electricity

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

1. Laundry is R9.50 per kg.
2. Private laundry is R5 a load for either the washing machine or tumble dryer.
3. Every week bus trips to the shops Meadowridge Checkers ( R10), Constantia Village (R20) & Blue Route Mall (R20).
4. Guest Meals are R75, but only on a Sunday.
