Situated on the border of Diep River and Plumstead, Riverside Place Care Centre is a recent upgraded Care Centre which bright and welcoming to new residents who need care.
The Care Centre consists of 32 single ensuite rooms and modular units which offers 24-hour assisted nursing and respite care.
The facility offers a communal lounge and dining area and an activity room with a lovely courtyard garden for residents to enjoy. The spacious Care Centre overlooks a pool for all residents to make use of, may it be for enjoyment or occupational therapy.
