Description
Seapoint Place is an upmarket retirement community consisting of independent living as well as a frail care. Located on the Atlantic seaboard it is one of CPOA’s flagship homes with breath taking views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. It consists of Life Right flats, which are available to buy or rent, as well as a floor specifically designed for the frail consisting of a Care Centre and a Memory Care Centre.
Professional care is given in this therapeutic and calm environment. Open plan lounges and dining areas offer a bright and cheery atmosphere for residents challenged with memory disorders. Colourful pictures of Seapoint years ago help the residents reminisce about the past and triggers memories of days gone by. The sun room in the Care Centre provides beautiful views and leads onto an AstroTurf terrace.
A 5-week menu offers a variety of hearty meals and can be adjusted in the case of special dietary requirements. A tuck shop and coffee shop on the ground floor offer snacks for those craving something sweet.
24-hour nursing care with a Registered Nurse in charge on each shift as well as daily occupational therapy provided by two trained therapists, are included in the monthly tariff. The team have created an energy of what is a warm and inclusive space and they work very hard at maintaining it.
