12 Emergency assistance: Just press your panic button to contact Care Centre for nursing assistance will be made available after hours
13 DSTV: DSTV village packages available at additional cost
14 Entertainment: Arranged by the Residents Committee for the residents.
15 Pest control: Monthly Apartment Block services and Quarterly unit services

17 General support structure: from CPOA social workers, Home Manager & Care Manager
18 Perimeter: Clearing of grass , stormwater drainage, tree felling and other Municipality concerns
19 Telephone System: Oculus is our service provider of WIFI, internal and external calls at a cheaper rate
20 Village Promotion: Welcome packs to new residents and information given to potencial residents

22 External Window Cleaning: Wind o Wash comes to site every 3 months
